The Winter Royale will be the last Fornite major tournament of 2019 and all the GamersOrigin players will enter the competition this weekend.
From December 20th to December 22nd, M11Z, Deadra, Xoxo and Nyx will compete in this event, which has a specific format. Played in duo mode, the Winter Royale will have an unusual points repartition system. Indeed, the three tournament days will each have their own computation method, forcing participants to adapt their strategy. Each day, the duos will be allowed to play a maximum of 15 games. The 1000 best-ranked duos of each day will be awarded a share of the $15 million at stake.
Our players will compete during the 3 days before preparing the 2020 season. 2019 was a prolific year for GamersOrigin on Fortnite, the best achievement being, of course, our 11th place at the World Cup. Besides this astonishing performance, our Fortnite squad also shined at the Catalane (top 3), at the Colmar Esport (victory) and in many online competitions, including the World Cup qualifiers. The team also strengthened thanks to Nyx and Xoxo’s arrivals. Before entering the 2020 season, the GamersOrigin players have one more tournament to enter this weekend: the Winter Royale #GOWIN.
